Alcohol is kept at our Sanya warehouse and delivered by SF-Express couriers across Hainan and all of China.

Delivery address

A Chinese address in characters is required. There are two ways to provide it at checkout:

1. Fill province, city and address fields in Chinese.
2. Or photograph your hotel card / apartment address (in Chinese) and upload it.

Write your room number too. In hotels the courier usually leaves the parcel at reception; in apartments — often at the management office or with the guard.

Phone number

A Chinese recipient phone is required. If you have no Chinese SIM, give the hotel reception or apartment owner / management number.
