Cabernet, dry red, 2016 vintage. Made by traditional methods from Tomai's own estate grapes, aged 5 years in French oak.

Aroma. Deep red colour; notes of plum, blackcurrant, olives and ginger, with hints of mint and sweet pepper.

Taste. Full and harmonious; shades of cedar, spice, soft wood and asparagus.
